This is where I get all my roms from. I used to get them from 3roms.com, but since they put up that new survey thing, I've stopped using it. Romulation.net has a wide community and there is no forced voting which is the main thing. Its interface looks really good and even though the downloads are a bit slow, they're very reliable. Add a comment if there's another good site that's worth mentioning.
